After 10 years of International experience,Chef Carlos
Chordi has opened TAPAS SPANISH RESTAURANT in
Dalian.
Carlos is a Spanish Chef, trained in the most
reputed School for Chefs in S pain.
After a successful carreer in Paris (France) and
Porto (Portugal), he decided to bring Spanish cuisine
to China. In 1998, he opened the first Spanish
Restaurant in Beijing which has been welcome by
locals and foreig ners
alike. As a Spaniard,Carlos longed for the seaside.
Such was his longing that he decided to Dalian
and open TAPAS SPANISH RESTAURANT.
